Correct filling of an Order Form is the main condition of shopping

• personal details – first/last name or full company’s name;

• address details – street, building number, post code, town/city;

• company’s identification numbers (for business account);

• telephone number (address verification);

• email address (information on order status).

As soon as the payment is on our account, orders are released (except Saturdays, Sundays and days free of work, e.g. Bank Holidays, etc.).

Orders paid by credit cards are released within 24 hours after placing an order (except Saturdays, Sundays and days free of work, e.g. Bank Holidays, etc.).

We do our best to satisfy our customers and realise your deliveries at the shortest period of time so that you could feel comfortable while doing shopping via our shop.

Sending ordered goods

An agreement signed with a courier company provides a quick door delivery. Usually it lasts few working days (depending on a country of destination), however, in extreme cases, delivery might last a bit longer.

Our company is a seller; we release the goods as soon as an order is placed and the payment confirmed. We can not accept responsibility for delayed deliveries.

Cost of delivery is calculated individually for each order; goods are delivered at the address specified in the order.

Collection at our warehouse

You can collect your order at our warehouse. When goods are ready, you will receive e-mail information. Goods collection address is Jana Kazimierza 56, Warsaw, Poland from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Monday–Friday), 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Saturday).

We do not accept responsibility for collections at the warehouse without placing an order first. Due to quick products rotation, placing an order is the only way to have items booked; that guarantees availability of products.
